James Fleischmann

Vice President

James Fleischmann works with a wide array of clients to help them successfully achieve their government relations goals. Along with possessing a thorough understanding of the federal legislative and regulatory landscape, he uses his sharp analytical and communications skills to effectively advance the advocacy goals of clients, including national trade associations, membership organizations, as well as public not-for-profit and private for-profit entities.

 

Drawing on his legal background, James has a proven ability to comprehend the issue at hand and is equipped to analyze and convey the implications of policy developments to clients in a meaningful way.

His expertise and guidance help inform clients of immediate and long-term strategies that best fit their objectives. By combining his passion for law and public policy with an extensive network of bipartisan contacts, James offers a powerful combination to help clients maximize their federal policy efforts. A Tennessee native, James studied Political Science at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, where he graduated with honors and participated in the Presidential Fellowship Program at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress in Washington, D.C. James went on to attend the University of Alabama School of Law where he graduated with honors and subsequently gained his Tennessee and Washington, D.C. bar licensure. James spent 5+ years working with an Am Law 100 law firm prior to joining Wheat Shroyer Government Relations as a Vice President.
